The ability to download everyone of your favorite songs onto a small little audio player is one of the miracles of our current technological world. Who would have thought fifteen years ago, that they would have IPODs and MP3s that let you download mass amounts of media files onto the small machines like these portable music players.
IPODs have seriously changed the music society in many different ways. The IPOD has given the people of the world a chance to put a large amount of songs onto a pocket size music player, that can be used at all times. Think about the negative impact IPODs have had on CD sales or radio stations. I am not trying to undermine the job of the CD makers or the radio station companies, but right now they just can't even compete with the IPOD. The IPOD has literally dominated audio sales for the last five years now and they keep improving. I mean pretty much everyone has one! They can plug into the car, they can be used in the gym, they can be used for casual time, they can be used for Fraternity activities, etc. The uses for the IPOD are almost endless! They are a great deal that the current citizens of the world have definitely taken advantage of. I am interested to see what the next improvement to the IPOD is...
